“We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Paul to build our family home. Nothing was too much hassle for him, and he was very focused on making the home everything we wanted to raise our 3 young boys.
We spent a good deal of time drawing up the plans, and we thought we had come up with a good design. But after the frame went up, Paul called us in, and suggested that a solid wall in the lounge room should really have a glass door there, to allow the morning sun to come into the living room, and also provide a nice east-facing deck to enjoy a morning coffee.
We took his advice to change the plan, and we are grateful every morning when the sun streams in, and we have a nice decking to sit on and soak up the morning sun. We are very happy that we didn’t choose a volume builder, who would have just built what we asked for.
